Blue Seasoning (7 P$ at PlushMart)

MIXING SPOON (they have them like everywhere in NotASink for free)

Bubbles (You can go to the lake or the pool or the river and fish for some)

Mix blue seasoning, diet water, bubbles using the mixing soon, untill it turns white

Then you got the drink!
